Refund Policy:

 

Please choose our Essences carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Our Essences are made with love and are packed with extra care. However, if you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, we will replace the goods at no extra charge.

 

We do not accept returns and issue refunds unless a result of error from our end or product defect. Defective items must be returned to Bosomia within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement.

 

Defective items are not products that you have an alergic reaction to. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that these products do not contain ingredients that may cause irritation or other issues.
